My Accounting Hub (my-accounting-hub.com) is operated by Axiella Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16859263), registered office 6 Mulberry Walk, Fleet, GU51 5EA. It is an online directory that connects individuals and businesses with independent accounting professionals, and it provides financial document templates. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What we are, and what we are not

My Accounting Hub is a directory and document tool. We are not an accounting firm, we do not provide accounting, tax, audit or financial advice, and we are not a party to any engagement between you and a professional. Professionals listed are independent and are regulated by their own bodies. Any contract for services is directly between you and the professional.

Listings and review

We review listings by hand before they go live. Regulatory details on a listing are supplied by the professional; we do not guarantee them, and showing them is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, availability or outcome. Professionals are responsible for keeping their listing accurate and for notifying us of any change to their regulatory status.

Using the document templates

Document templates are provided “as is” as a starting point. They are not legal or financial advice and may not suit your circumstances. You are responsible for checking any document is correct and appropriate, ideally with a qualified professional.

Memberships and payment

Paid professional memberships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, from the date you subscribe. Free listings and Founding Member profiles are not charged, and we will tell existing members before any change that would lead to a charge. You can cancel at any time; your listing remains active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to a free listing. Document purchases are one-off. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout (pounds, US dollars or euros), which defaults to your location and can be changed on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your credentials, scrape the directory, upload unlawful content, or use the site to send spam. We may suspend or remove any listing or account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Axiella Ltd is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or work of any professional found through the directory, nor for any loss arising from use of a document template. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The brand, design, software, database and template content are the property of Axiella Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
